Dr. Neoh is competent in all aspects of Cardiology including interventional cardiology, cardiac catheterisation, coronary angioplasty and stenting, permanent pacemaker implantation (single and dual chamber) and cardiac imaging.

He is trained in all aspects of interventional cardiology including Primary and Rescue PCI (percutaneous coronary intervention) in Acute Myocardial Infarction and Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS). He Is also fully trained in Cardiac CT (Computed Tomography) with a Level 3 expertise. He also performs cardiac CT coronary angiography for coronary stents and coronary bypass graft studies

Dr. Neoh graduated with First Class Honours at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum, India, in 1998. He obtained his MRCP (UK) in 2003 and Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) from the National University of Singapore in 2004.

Dr. Neoh started his training in non-invasive Cardiology and Echocardiography in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kota Kinabalu in 2004. In 2005, he joined Sultanah Aminah Hospital, Johor Bahru, where he commenced his training in Invasive Cardiology. He obtained Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Institute Jantung Negara (IJN) in 2007.
