For patients, it offers the convenience in managing you and your family’s health in a single place, anytime, anywhere such as real-time appointment booking, access to medical reports and many more.
5 Do I need to register before using MyHealth360? Yes, a simple registration via mobile app or desktop is all you need to access MyHealth360. You may download MyHealth360 App from the Apple App Store or Google Play or access via myhealth360.com.my.
1 What are the hours available for the real-time appointment booking? You can make appointments anytime of the day.
2 Can appointment booking be done beyond office hours? Yes, the service for patients to make an appointment is available 24 hours a day.
3 Do I get instant confirmation once appointment is booked? Yes, you will receive notification via SMS and email, confirming your appointment.
4 Can I cancel or reschedule my appointments? Yes, you are able to cancel or reschedule your appointments on MyHealth360.
5 Can I make appointments for other family members? Yes, you can make appointments for your family too.

4 How do I retrieve my medical reports? All reports can be downloaded and saved into your electronic devices.
5 Can I retrieve medical reports of other family members via MyHealth360? Yes, you can retrieve their reports as long as the family member gives you the request to view their MyHealth360 profile.
