• Mammogram is not exchangeable with breast ultrasound

• Mammogram is only applicable to patients who are 40 years old and above

• Stool sample is required to be delivered on the appointment day, otherwise the test will be forfeited

• This promotion is valid from 1st November 2021 until 31st December 2021
