Grab Concierge is now available at Gleneagles Hospital Penang!
Grab Concierge is a web booking service platform that allows the customer service team of the hospital to arrange and book on-demand trips on behalf of patients travelling home from the hospital.
This service will be available on 13 May onwards. The purpose of this collaboration is to add convenience to our patients, especially senior citizen patients who do not own smartphones or international patients who might not have data plans to book a
ride.
