Dr Shahridan bin Mohd. Fathil obtained his MBBS from the University of Malaya in 1996. He underwent initial anaesthesia training in Kuala Lumpur, and then furthered his training in Dublin,Ireland and Birmingham,UK. He obtained his Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA) in 2003. He has also completed a Regional Anaesthesia fellowship in Royal Perth Hospital, Western Australia in 2007/08. He was a clinical specialist and senior lecturer in UKM Medical Centre from 2005 until 2011. Subsequently he was appointed as a consultant and later senior consultant with JurongHealth, Singapore for nearly 6 years until April 2017.
