Dr Lim Chia Min obtained her dental degree from Penang International Dental College in 2011. Since graduating she has been serving as a general dental officer under the Ministry of Health based in Kota Kinabalu from 2011 to 2012 and then in Keningau district from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, she then had the privilege of working as a senior dental officer in the very busy Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. And it was during this time that Dr Lim Chia Min pursued further professional development by obtaining her Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MFDS RCS Edin) in 2017. Her few years serving in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department has further nurtured her special interest in minor oral surgery and has added to her experience in performing a wide range of dental treatment especially under general anaesthesia.
