Responsibilities
- To key in GRN (Good Received Notes) for in-coming goods & services.
- Checking and verifying supplier invoice against physical goods received and Purchase Order.
- Pasting of barcode for all in-coming items.
- Review stock level for re-order.
- Filing of documentation and ensure all documentation in order.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Able to operate FiSiCien System and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
