Service Crew
Responsibilities
- The incumbent is to manage and control all aspect of patient and customer service standard.
- To organize and service all activities within patient services and operation with regards to Food and Beverage as well as equipment arrangement.
- The job holder is also participating, maintain and improve personal contact with hospital patients.
- To ensure highest standards in service and Food and Beverage products and to control all related areas within food and beverage department.
- To review areas of responsibility, training, policies and regulations in collaboration with Food and Beverage Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in F&B or Hospital kitchen.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented with pleasant personality.
- Able to provide hands on training and guidance to staff.
- Computer literate.
