Service Crew

Responsibilities
  • The incumbent is to manage and control all aspect of patient and customer service standard.
  • To organize and service all activities within patient services and operation with regards to Food and Beverage as well as equipment arrangement.
  • The job holder is also participating, maintain and improve personal contact with hospital patients.
  • To ensure highest standards in service and Food and Beverage products and to control all related areas within food and beverage department.
  • To review areas of responsibility, training, policies and regulations in collaboration with Food and Beverage Manager.

 

Requirements
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in F&B or Hospital kitchen.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented with pleasant personality.
  • Able to provide hands on training and guidance to staff.
  • Computer literate.
