MAQ Clerk

Responsibilities

• Clerical and administrative duties

• Prepare essential documentation including memo, reports, minutes etc. 

• Meeting deadlines in reporting

• Maintain and organize meetings 

• Update of files (consultant’s, personal files, leave forms etc.)

• Coordinate department rosters and update changes

• Assist in recruitment, credentialing and privileging process

Requirements

• Minimum SPM /Certificate

• Good interpersonal skills

• Proficient in in Microsoft Office – Words, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good time management skills

• Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize work

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality

• Good command of English
