Human Resource Officer/Executive
• Support full cycle of an end-to-end talent acquisition process (selecting job posting channels, sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, screening, filtering, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, preparing salary proposals, preparing employment contracts, job offers, onboarding and off-boarding process etc.
• Prepare monthly talent acquisition reports with accurate data
• Handle staff movements and attend to employees’ issues to provide guidance and counselling to staff if necessary
• Participates in or lead HR projects and activities like roadshows, company events etc.
• Assist in employee development plans, training matrix and other initiatives
• Manage HRD Corp training grants application and submission
• Manage CPD points application and APC submission
• Ensure all training records and data are properly maintained
• Coordinate pre and post training arrangements
• Internship administration
• Prepare monthly Training and education reports with accurate data
• Performs any other duties or assignments as assigned by Head of Department
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 2- 3 years of recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Good collaboration skills and must be able to work in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
