Food Service Executive
Responsibilities
- Supervise food services operations to ensure quality meals for patients and staff as well as to ensure safety and sanitation standards are complied to safeguard patients’ and staff health
- Plan and prepare food quality and quantity management to ensure resources are utilized efficiently
- Coach direct reports in food preparation, food servicing and hygiene food handling
- Manage customer complaints and feedback to improve the food services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management, food service management, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food service institution/hospital
- Experienced in MSQH/ JCI accreditation
- Knowledge on Halal Certification will be advantage
