Food Service Executive

Responsibilities
  • Supervise food services operations to ensure quality meals for patients and staff as well as to ensure safety and sanitation standards are complied to safeguard patients’ and staff health
  • Plan and prepare food quality and quantity management to ensure resources are utilized efficiently
  • Coach direct reports in food preparation, food servicing and hygiene food handling
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback to improve the food services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management, food service management, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food service institution/hospital
  • Experienced in MSQH/ JCI accreditation
  • Knowledge on Halal Certification will be advantage
