Dietitian

Responsibilities
  • Provide counselling services to patients and family members on referral from doctors
  • Perform nutritional assessment for inpatients and outpatients
  • Work closely in a multidisciplinary team approach with medical staff and allied health professionals to provide holistic care to patients
  • Supervise food services
  • Inspect meals served for conformance to prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Experienced in food service management will be an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good knowledge in food safety and hygiene
  • Good knowledge and skills in nutritional assessment and dietary consultation
