Customer Care Assistant

Responsibilities

  • To perform as the frontline ambassador for the hospital in ensuring that all patients, visitors and customers are fully assisted.
  • To greet all customers, visitors and patients with a smile and the appropriate standard greetings as stipulated by the management.
  • To inform the management of any unscheduled visit by distinguished guests, visitors or patients at the hospital’s premises.
  • To be ready to assist with admission to send patients to respective wards.
  • Perform any other duties that may be requested by the Management for the mutual benefit of the hospital.
Requirements
  • SPM or equivalent
  • Preferably with some customer service experiences.
  • Able to do valet services and stand for long hours.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia and English or any other language or dialect.
  • Pleasant and helpful personality.
  • Sincere and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work on shifts.
